Compliance's main projects are its freehold coal holdings on Vancouver Island, B.C. and 5 non-coal exploration properties on Vancouver Island. As of December 31, 2010, The CJV owned approximately 29,000 hectares of freehold coal mineral interests on the east side of Vancouver Island. On December 10, 2010, it acquired mineral tenures to five separate exploration properties, including the Camp Lake property, the Hisnit property, the Tower property, the NIC property, and the CJD property near. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company acquired three mineral exploration properties and staked two other mineral properties on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
