Vector Aerospace Corporation operates in the Airports, flying fields, & services sector. Vector Aerospace Corporation (Vector) is a provider of aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft gas turbine engines, helicopter dynamic components and helicopter airframes. Vector operates in three segments: Engines, Airframes and Components. The Engines segment provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services on turboprop, turboshaft and turbofan gas turbine engines for military and commercial customers. The Airframes segment provides MRO and upgrade services on helicopter airframes. The Components segment that services components, such as gearboxes and main rotorheads includes Helicopter Services - UK through component overhaul facilities in Perth, Scotland and Helicopter Services-NA with helicopter component overhaul facilities in Richmond, British Columbia and Andalusia, Alabama. On June 30, 2011, Eurocopter Holding acquired 98.32% interest in the Company.
