Stoneham Drilling Trust operates in the Management investment, open-end sector. Stoneham Drilling Trust (the Trust) is an open-ended investment trust. The Trust was established for the purpose of investing in property including the securities of Stoneham Drilling Limited Partnership (the Partnership), Stoneham Drilling Inc. The Trust is the limited partner in the Partnership holding a 99.99% interest. Stoneham Drilling Inc. is the general partner of the Partnership (the General Partner) holding the remaining 0.01% interest. Stoneham Administration Inc. is the manager of the Trust. Valiant Trust Company is the trustee of the Trust.
