Yanlord Land Group Ltd operates in the Nonresidential construction sector. Yanlord Land Group Limited's (Yanlord) is a real-estate developer specializing in the real estate development and property management services. The Company has three segments: property development, which is engaged in development of residential, commercial and other properties; property investment, which is engaged in leasing of investment properties to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the value of the properties in the long term, and others, which is engaged in provision of property management, ancillary services, investment holding and others. In January 2011, Yanlord together with an affiliate of Singapore GIC Real Estate acquired a 364,787 square meters residential development site in Tianjin. In October 2011, it together with Ho Bee Investment Ltd (Ho Bee) and Shanghai Youyou (Group) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Youyou Group), acquired two adjacent prime residential development sites with a combined GFA of 499,329 square meters in Tang Jia Wan District, Zhuhai.
