On June 12, 2010, the Company held 70% interest in Beijing Greentown Gerui Construction Planning & Design Consulting Co., Ltd. On March 31, 2010, it disposed Changxing Huadi Real Estate Co, Ltd. (Changxing Huadi) to Wuxi Huadi Investment Management Co, Ltd. On July 1, 2010, the Company disposed of its 51% interest in Xinjiang Yecheng Wanshun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. On August 31, 2010, it disposed of its 51% interest in Beijing Eastern Greentown Real Estate Co., Ltd.
