On October 9, 2010, the Company disposed of YTO (Luoyang) Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, YTO (Luoyang) Building Machinery Co., Ltd, YTO (Luoyang) Jiangong Machinery Co., Ltd and YTO (Luoyang) Construction Machinery Sales Co., Ltd. On December 1, 2010, the Company acquired an 51% interest in Luoyang Tractors Research Institute Co., Ltd (LTRI).
