Victoria Properties A/S operates in the Real estate investment trusts sector. Victoria Properties A/S, formerly Torsana A/S is a Denmark-based company, which is primarily engaged in leasable property investment in Germany. It invests in properties situated in 10 big cities located in Western Germany, as well as in Berlin, Germany. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's portfolio comprised 43 real estate properties in and around the German cities of Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt. In addition, Victoria Properties is engaged within fund and asset management. The Company has 10 wholly owned direct subsidiaries, such as Victoria property Management AS, Victoria Properties GmbH, VP Hamborg I ApS, VP Hamborg II Aps, among others. It also has five indirect subsidiaries, such as Victoria Hamborg I GmbH, Victoria Berlin I GmbH and Victoria Berlin II GmbH, among others.
