Klepierre SA is a France-based real estate company focused on the commercial property market, including shopping centers, retail properties and office properties. It owns, leases and manages real estate assets located in continental Europe. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned 273 shopping centers and managed 356 centers. Klepierre SA operates through its subsidiaries and dependent companies, including Segece SA, a shopping center management company active in a number of countries; and Klemurs, which specializes in the area of commercial real estate in France. As of December 31, 2010, BNP Paribas owned 50.91% capital of Klepierre SA. It operates through 263 subsidiaries located in France, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Sweden and the Czech Republic.
