Sical SA operates in the Corrugated & solid fiber boxes sector. Sical SA is a France-based company engaged in the production of corrugated cardboard and expanded polystyrene packaging. It operates through two divisions: cardboard division and plastic division. It designs and produces a range of packaging, including self-assembly trays and boxes from cardboard, as well as food and industrial transportation boxes from polystyrene. Sical SA also produces recycled paper for use in the manufacture of corrugated cardboard. In addition, the Company offers three printing services: flexographic, offset and serigraphic. Its products are intended for the food and industry sectors. As of December 31, 2010, It operated through 14 subsidiaries, including Ambro, Romcarton and Rompackaging based in Romania, Kadem, based in Spain, Rawibox, based in Poland, Servibox, based in Belgium and Sonapack, based in Ghana, among others. The Company's main shareholder is Groupe Rossmann with a 93.15% stake.
