Finatis operates in the Grocery stores sector. Finatis is a holding company with interests in the commercial property investment, food and sport goods distribution. The Company is operational through three main companies: Groupe Casino, engaged in the food distribution, which is present in France, through a number of entities, such as Casino, Geant Casino, Petit Casino, Monoprix, Franprix or Leader Price, as well as in the international market, mainly in the Latin America and South Asia, through CBD, Exito and Big C; Groupe Go Sport, engaged in sport goods distribution, present in France and Poland through Go Sport and Courir; as well as Fonciere Euris, engaged in the real estate, food distribution and investment activities. As of December 31, 2010, the Company has an 89.2% stake in Fonciere Euris. Fonciere Euris also has a 56.9% stake in Rallye, which operates through Groupe Casino and Groupe Go Sport. As of December 31, 2010, Euris SAS held a 92.35% stake in the Company's shareholdings.
