PSB Industries operates in the Paper coated & laminated, packaging sector. PSB Industries SA is a France-based company engaged in two business areas: packaging and specialty chemicals. The Company is structured into three divisions: Beauty Packaging, Customized Packaging and Specialty Chemicals. As of December 31, 2010, the Company mainly operated through Texen holding, CGL Pack Service, Baikowski and PSB Services. Texen holding specializes in technical packaging for the cosmetics and perfume industry for, among others, Chanel, Kenzo, Lancome, Yves Rocher, Helena Rubinstein, Beiersdorf (Nivea), Avon, Clarins and Yves Saint Laurent. CGL Pack Service provides custom packaging solutions to food & beverage, medical, beauty and non-food retail markets such clients as Bosch, Bonduelle, Novartis and Bongrain. Baikowski specializes in the production of alumina powders and fine mineral oxide formulations, used mainly in polishing electronic and ophthalmic products. The Company has nine manufacturing plants and mainly operates in Europe, America and Asia.
