Duc operates in the Poultry slaughtering and processing sector. Duc SA is a France-based company engaged in the production and sale of chicken and poultry products. The Company offers a range of chicken products, including whole chickens, chicken breasts, thighs, legs and wings; turkey products, such as escalopes, breasts, legs, rolled fillets and steaks; kebabs and marinated poultry; chicken schnitzels and nuggets; pre-prepared and pre-cut, pre-seasoned, and whole chicken in sachet. As of December 31, 2010, Duc SA operated through several subsidiaries, including Charolles Accouvage SAS, Drome Accouvage SAS, Varennes SCEA, Sovigard SAS, SCI de la Tirandiere, Nutri-Bourgogne SAS, Duc Developpement International, Rotisserie Duc Dijon and DRB. As of December 31, 2010, Financiere Duc held a 43.37% stake in the Company's shareholdings.
