The Company operates under two divisions: coating for industrial parts for use in the aerospace, electronics, telecommunications and medical sectors, among others; and high technology wires where the copper, copper-zinc alloy and silver wires are electroplated and used in guitar wires, trimming, aeronautic and telecommunication sectors. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated through three subsidiaries, including Hi-Tech Wires Asia (HWA), based in Vietnam, FSP-one SAS, based in France and FSP-one Inc, based in the United States. Thermocompact SA is a holding company of Thermo Technologies group. As of December 31, 2010, Thermocompact SA was 27.5%-owned by Banque Populaire Developpement and 20.1 %-owned by Sofil.
