Euro Disney S.C.A. operates in the Amusement parks sector. Euro Disney SCA is a France-based holding company primarily engaged primarily in the management and operation of amusement parks, leisure facilities and entertainment facilities. Through its 82%-owned subsidiary, Euro Disney Associes SCA, the Company operates two theme parks, Parc Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios Park, as well as the Disneyland Hotel, Golf Disneyland and Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch, among others. Euro Disney Associes SCA is also engaged in the real estate development on the 2,300-hectare site. Through EDL Hotels SCA the Company manages its other six themed hotels, including Disney's Sequoia Lodge, Disney's Hotel Santa Fe and Disney's Hotel New York, among others, and the Disney Village, which consists of themed restaurants, entertainment venues and shops. The Company operates also two convention centers. Euro Disney SCA's main shareholder is EDL Holding Company LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company.
