The Company divides its business activities into the main brands KUNERT, JULIUS KUNERT and HUDSON, as well as Private Label and Prince & Princess of Argyle. The Company offers a wide range of socks for men as well as socks and nylon stockings for women under its HUDSON, KUNERT and JULIUS KUNERT brand names. The Company diversifies its market activities into Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France and Other markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries in Germany, including KUNERT Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, KUNERT Fashion Verwaltungs-GmbH and KUNERT Assets GmbH, as well as a number of foreign wholly owned subsidiaries located in France, Hungary, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Morocco and the Czech Republic.
