Frosta AG operates in the Frozen fruits and vegetables sector. FRoSTA AG is a Germany-based producer of frozen foodstuffs. The Company's product range includes a variety of fish-based and meat-based dishes, fruits, vegetables, organic products, pastry dishes and others. Its products are marked in Germany and across Europe under the brand names FRoSTA, Elbtal and TIKO, as well as private labels. The Company has four production plants for frozen products located in Bremerhaven, Rheintal as well as Ebtal, Germany; and in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It also holds a stake in a plant in Woehrden in Germany. As of December 31, 2010, FRoSTA AG operated through its subsidiaries, including COPACK Tiefkuehlkost-Produktionsgesellschaft mbH, ELBTAL Tiefkuehlkost Vertriebs GmbH, FRoSTA France S.a.r.l., FRoSTA Italia s.r.l. as well as FRoSTA Sp. z o.o., among others, located in Germany, France, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland.
