Deutsche Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft operates in the Nonresidential building operators sector. Deutsche Real Estate AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the real estate sector, concentrating mainly on the commercial and residential property markets in the German cities of Munich, Hamburg, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Heidelberg, Saarbruecken and neighboring areas. The Company operates through several subsidiaries, located mainly in Hamburg. Its majority shareholder is Summit Real-Estate Lambda GmbH, which held a stake of 75.98% in the Company as of December 31, 2010.
