Drillisch AG operates in the Radiotelephone communications sector. Drillisch AG is a Germany-based provider of telecommunications services. The Company operates two business segments: Telecommunications and Software Services. The Telecommunications segment provides mobile-communications services from the T-Mobile, Vodafone, E-Plus and O2 networks to end customers, as well as prepaid products, among others. The Software Services segment offers Billing-System/Billing-Software for mobile communications and mobile Internet-content, as well as Workflow-Management-Software including Document-Management-Software for process optimization including PIM (Personal Information Manager) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules, and offers maintenance and support services. The Company also operates mobile portal www.dialing.de. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had eight wholly owned subsidiaries, located in Germany, and one Germany-based majority owned subsidiary.
