IVG Immobilien AG operates in the Nonresidential building operators sector. IVG Immobilien AG (IVG) is a Germany-based real estate company. It focuses on office buildings, commercial and business parks, and logistics real estate in German and European metropolitan areas. The Company has two business divisions: IVG Investment and IVG Funds. IVG Investment has three segments: Real Estate, which purchases, optimizes and disposes office properties with a focus on Germany, France and the United Kingdom; Development, which develops office properties in select European growth regions; and Caverns, managing and operating underground repositories for oil and gas. The IVG Funds division with the two segments Institutional Funds and Private Funds develops, sells and manages fund products for private and institutional investors. IVG has its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in Germany, Finland, Poland, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Malta and the United States.
