GROUP Business Software AG, formerly GROUP Technologies AG, is a German provider of solutions for the e-mail management. Its solutions for e-mail security and e-mail archiving enable the processing, saving and managing of e-mails. This includes virus and spam protection, data and content control, encryption, classification, automated archiving and intelligent retrieval of e-mails and their attachments. In addition, companies and their decision makers are protected against fines resulting from infractions of other regulations concerning data protection or reporting obligations. GROUP Business Software AG offers its solutions mainly to international corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). The Company's customers include ABN AMRO, Allianz, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, Honda, Heineken, Miele, Sparkasse and Volksbank. In January 2011, GBS Enterprises Inc. acquired an additional 21.9% interest in the Company.
