The Company operates in two segments: manufacturing and sales of footwear products (Manufacturing Business) and retail and distribution of sportswear products (Retailing Business). It operates in the United States, Europe and People Republic of China. Its production facilities are located in Dongguan, Yangzhou, Huangjiang and Zhongshan, which are all located in China. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company produced 286.4 million pairs of shoes. During fiscal 2010, the Company disposed of its entire interest in Hubei Shengdao Sports Goods Company Limited and its subsidiaries, and the entire interest in Hong Kong Dragonlight Limited and its subsidiary.
