China Pipe Group Limited operates in the Metals service centers and offices sector. China Pipe Group Limited is an investment holding company. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in trading of construction materials, mainly pipes and fittings, manufacturing and sale of seamless steel pipes. The Company has three segments, which are trading of pipes and fittings, manufacture and sale of seamless pipes, and investment in properties for rental income. Trading of pipes and fittings include wholesale and retail operations in Hong Kong, mainland China and Macau. Seamless pipes manufactures and sells seamless pipes in mainland China. Investment in properties for rental income includes properties held in Hong Kong and mainland China. On December 21, 2010, the Company completed the disposal of the entire equity interest in Noble Win International Limited which was engaged in investment in properties in the Mainland China through its subsidiaries.
