On September 1, 2010, the Company disposed of its 100% interest in Business Aviation Asia Group Limited and its subsidiary to Wellington Equities Inc. Its subsidiaries include Gamerian Limited, Virtue Team Investments Limited, MoEnCo LLC and Mongolia Energy Corporation.
