Vodone Limited operates in the Television broadcasting stations sector. VODone Limited (VODone) is an investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in news production, Internet-video production and broadcasting, advertising, mobile gaming to mobile lottery. The Company has three segments: Tele-media business, Lottery-related business and Mobile games business. On December 31, 2010, the Company acquired 70% interest in 3GUU Mobile Entertainment Industial Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. On December 20, 2010, VODone Mobile Entertainments Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, purchased all tangible and intangible assets from Beijing Pinzheng Technology Development Company Limited. On October 11, 2010, OWX Hong Kong Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, purchased 70% of the tangible and intangible assets of Shenzhen Tastech Electronic Company Limited. On August 6, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in miniV.tv Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries. On October 22, 2009, the Company acquired 70% interest in Dragon Joyce and its subsidiaries.
