On November 29, 2010, first production line of the Lianyungang project had been put into operation. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company made technological upgrades and improvements in two plants Zhengzhou and Luoyang, Henan province, including the installation of 18 sets of three-ton electric slag furnaces, 2 1.2meter vertical casters and a 1,600-ton fast forging unit, as well as the upgrades and improvements of wide slab casting unit and stainless steel wire products.
