The Company operates in three segments: Property trading, which is engaged in the trading of properties; Strategic investment, which is engaged in property investment through strategic alliances with the joint venture partners of the jointly controlled entities and associates, and Securities investment, which is engaged in the securities trading and investment. Its operations in property trading, strategic investments and securities investment are mainly located in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. On April 1, 2010, it acquired Shanghai Xin Mao Property Development Company Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), it disposed its 20% interest in Get Wisdom Limited. During fiscal 2011, it disposed Ocean Plaza Investments Limited and its subsidiaries; Stand Success Limited and its subsidiaries; Favor Rise Group Limited and its subsidiaries, and Made Success Limited and its subsidiary.
