Under the brand of Saint Honore Cake Shop, the Company operated a total of 112 stores in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated 39 franchised Circle K stores in Guangzhou, Macau and Zhuhai. The Company is controlled by Li & Fung (Retailing) Limited, which owns 51.1% of the Company's interest.
