Coal trading segment consists of the business of coal trading. Digital television technology services segment engages in the provision of digital television technology services. On March 3, 2010, it acquired a 70% interest in SOFOCO Development Limited (SOFOCO). On February 12, 2010, it acquired the remaining 30% equity interest in LLC Shakhta Lapichevskaya (Lapi).
