The Company's segments comprises of: trading, power, port, agro, real estate and others. It has diversified interests in power, mining, oil and gas explorations, natural gas distribution businesses supported by port, shipping and trading activities. Its coal mining business involves mining, processing, acquisition, exploration and development of mining assets. Its city gas distribution business is undertaken through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Adani Gas Limited (Adani Gas). Adani Power Ltd., the Company's subsidiary together its subsidiaries has nine power projects with a combined installed capacity of 16,500 megawatts. It operates the real estate sector through its subsidiary, Adani Infrastructure and Developers Private Limited. In May 2011, the Company acquired Abbot Point Coal Terminal in Australia.
