Its subsidiaries include ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL), Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., ONGC Nile Ganga BV (ONGBV), ONGC Nile Ganga (Cyprus) Ltd., Jarpeno Limited, Imperial Energy Corporation Plc, Imperial Energy Limited and Imperial Energy Kostanai Limited.
