As of March 31, 2011, the Company had six factories located all over India: two in Maharashtra, one in West Bengal, two in Tamil Nadu and one in Haryana. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company acquired balance 49% interest in Leadage Alloys India Limited.
