The Company is a subsidiary of Telecom Italia SpA. It operates through three business units; Telecom Italia Media S.p.A., which includes operations relating to La7 and La7d to the Digital Content of the Telecom Italia Group in designing and producing the content offer for the Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), Digital Video Broadcasting - Home (DVB-H) and Web platforms; MTV Group, which includes operations relating to MTV, the Playmaker production unit, the satellite music platforms, satellite channels Nickelodeon and Comedy Central, MTV Mobile and multimedia (Web); Network Operator (TIMB), which manages the Group's analog and digital networks and provides hosting services on the Digital Multiplexes. It has two direct subsidiaries: TI Media Broadcasting Srl and MTV Italia Srl, and two indirect MTV Pubblicita Srl and BeiguaSrl.
