Its brand names include Sanpellegrino, Oroblu, Le Bourget, Lepel and Liberti. In 1999 the Company acquired le Le Bourget Group, which is the third France company in the stockings and tights. It distributes also products of Puma brands. Its products are distributed through its self-owned four outlets in Italy and two in France, through 75 Agents and 75 merchandisers in Italy, 80 vendors and 120 demonstrators in France and another 50 distributors in around 40 countries worldwide. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated through such subsidiaries as Le Bourget SA, CSP Paris Fashion Group SAS, Textiles Well SA and Oroblu USA LLC.
