Emak SPA operates in the Lawn and garden equipment sector. Emak SpA is an Italy-based manufacturer of machinery, protective clothing and other accessories for gardening, horticulture, farming, forestry, constructions and factory workers. It is a part of YAMA Group. The Company directly manages distribution in the Italian market and in other foreign markets: the United States, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain, among others. The current production structure of the Company comprises four factories. Two are situated in Italy, one manufactures hand held products for the premium segment and the other manufactures lawn mowers and motor hoes. The other two factories are situated in China, one produces hand held and electric products aimed at the price sensitive segment and the other produces cylinders. Among its subsidiaries there are: Comag Srl, Jiangmen Emak Outdoor Power Equipment Co. Ltd, Emak France SAS, Emak Benelux NV and Emak UK Ltd, among others.
