As of March 31, 2011, the Company had four subsidiaries and three associated companies. On October 2, 2011, the Company transferred its mobile communication related businesses to MARUBENI TELECOM CO.,LTD. On October 31, 2011, the Company completed the disposal of mobile communications related business.
