Traders Holdings Company Limited operates in the Security brokers and dealers sector. TRADERS HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is a holding company engaged in the provision of financial services. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in three business segments. The Securities Trading segment is engaged in the purchase, sale and brokerage of domestic securities, as well as the trading of securities index futures and security options. The Foreign Exchange Trading segment is engaged in the provision of foreign currency-based financial derivative products, as well as the trading of foreign exchange margins. The Financial Instruments Intermediary Service segment is engaged in the provision of intermediary services about brokerage orders of unlisted securities trading and securities index futures and security option trading. On December 13, 2011, the Company completed the liquidation of a wholly owned subsidiary engaged in foreign exchange margin trading business.
