OJI Paper Company Limited operates in the Paper mills sector. OJI PAPER CO., LTD. is a Japan-based paper manufacturer engaged in three business segments. The Paper and Pulp Product segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of paper pulps, cardboard base paper, white paperboards, packing paper, newsprint paper, printing and communication paper, among others. The Processed Paper Product segment manufactures and sells cardboards, adhesive paper, domestic articles and paper bags, among others. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of lumbers, the civil engineering and construction business, the sale and lease of real estate, the transportation and warehouse business, as well as the design and engineering of plants and machineries. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had 257 subsidiaries and 76 associated companies. On September 29, 2011, the Company acquired a Brazil-based company.
