The Resin-related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of recycled resin pallets. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had four subsidiaries. On February 1, 2012, the Company established a Aichi-based wholly owned sub-subsidiary, and transferred the sheet metal businesses of its wholly owned subsidiary to the new sub-subsidiary.
