Heiwa Real Estate Co Ltd operates in the Nonresidential building operators sector. HEIWA REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. is a Japan-based real estate company that is active in four business segments. The Leasing segment specializes in the development, leasing, management and operation of stock exchanges, offices, commercial facilities and dwelling houses. The Real Estate Development segment is engaged in the development and asset management of real estate, as well as real estate agency business. The Housing Development segment develops and sells residential real estates. The Others segment is engaged in the maintenance and repair work of building equipment, insurance agent business, as well as assisted-pay nursing home business. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had nine subsidiaries. On October 1, 2011, the Company merged with a Osaka-based subsidiary.
