Point Incorporated operates in the Women's clothing stores sector. POINT INC. is mainly engaged in the apparel and miscellaneous goods retail business. The Company operates in two business divisions. The Products Sales division mainly sells casual clothing and miscellaneous goods to general customers under the brand names RAGEBLUE, LOWRYS FARM, GLOBAL WORK, JEANASiS, Heather, HARE, NINE BLOCKS, apart by lowrys, LEPSIM LOWRYS FARM, Inmercanto, repipi armario, JEWELLUM, turno jeana and collect point through specialty stores. The Logistics division is involved in the warehousing, inspection, storage and shipping of products through its subsidiary. As of February 28, 2011, the Company had four consolidated subsidiaries. On February 6, 2012, the Company established a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, which engages in the import, export and sale of clothing.
