The Asset Management segment is involved in the procurement, renovation, development and sale of real estate for high-net-worth individuals, business corporations and domestic and foreign institutional investors. The Securitization segment is engaged in the provision of asset management services for privately placed real estate funds and portfolios, to domestic and foreign institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. The Property Management segment provides leasing and management services for the properties sold to the investors and under management. The Servicing segment purchases, manages and recovers loans. The Investment and Loan segment is involved in the investment and financing to businesses and companies. The Others segment operates golf courses and ancillary accommodation facilities, among others.
