Business Description:
Yoko Toshikaihatsu Company operates in the Operative builders sector. YOKO TOSHIKAIHATSU CO. is a Japan-based real estate company. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company operates in five business segments. The Real Estate Sales segment plans and sells condominiums for investment purposes under the series name GRIFFIN mainly in the Yokohama and Kawasaki areas. This segment is also engaged in the sale of land and office buildings. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the maintenance and leasing management of the condominiums that YOKO TOSHIKAIHATSU sells, among others. The Real Estate Lease segment owns and leases commercial buildings, condominiums and parking lots. The Real Estate Brokerage segment is engaged in the brokerage business related to the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate. The Others segment is involved in the real estate fund business and the loan business, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries.
