Business Description:
Maspro Denkoh Corp. operates in the Radio & TV communications equipment sector. MASPRO DENKOH CORP. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of television transmission and reception equipment and satellite communications equipment. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Machinery Distribution segment manufactures and sells antennas and electronic equipment, including ultrahigh frequency (UHF) antennas, boosters, splitters, digital tuners, broadcasting satellite (BS) and communications satellite (CS) antennas and separators. The Construction Work segment is mainly involved in the design and implement of electrical communications construction work, including the construction of community signal reception work against difficult viewing. The Others segment is mainly engaged in the distribution of machinery in international markets. On September 20, 2011, a Nagoya-based company engaged in the holding and operation of real estates and investment securities, completed the takeover bid for 79.16% shares of the Company.
