PC Depot Corporation operates in the Computer and software stores sector. PC DEPOT CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) solutions for personal computer (PC) home users. The Company operates in two business segments. The PC Sales segment is engaged in the sale of Internet devices, peripheral equipment, network equipment, office automation (OA) equipment and used articles, such as PCs, smart phones, tablet PCs and televisions (TVs) through PC DEPOT chain stores, as well as the provision of PC technical services and support services through PC DEPOT and PC Clinic stores. Through one of its subsidiaries, this segment is also involved in the Yahoo!BB agency business and the provision of Yahoo!BB lines. The Internet-related segment provides IT solutions, including Internet service provider (ISP) business and Website production business. On October 1, 2011, the Company merged with a Kanagawa-based wholly owned subsidiary.
