Sunautas Co., Ltd. operates in the New and used car dealers sector. SUNAUTAS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the car-related business. The Company operates in five business segments. The Life Energy segment is engaged in the retail and wholesale of gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, fuel oil and lubricating oil, the sale of household fuel cells, biofuel and other environmental and eco-friendly products, the maintenance and inspection of automobiles, as well as the sale of engine cleaning equipment. The Car Life Support segment is engaged in the car rental agency business, the nonlife insurance business and the used car business. The Car Business segment sells Ford, BMW and Jaguar cars, and provides maintenance and inspection services. The Real Estate-related segment is engaged in the provision of real estate leasing and building maintenance services. The Others segment is involved in the manpower dispatching business. As of April 30, 2011, the Company had three consolidated subsidiaries and two non-consolidated subsidiaries.
