Okato Holdings, Inc operates in the Commodity contracts brokers, dealers sector. Okato Holdings, Inc. is a financial holding company with five business segments. The Commodity segment has three divisions. The commodity futures trading division is engaged in the futures trading of various commodities, such as agriculture products, sugar, precious metal, aluminum and others, on Tokyo Grain Exchange, Tokyo Commodity Exchange and Kansai Commodities Exchange. The commodity investment and sales division is engaged in the formation and sale of commodity funds. The commodity futures trading-related division is engaged in the intermediary business. The Foreign Exchange-related segment offers foreign exchange margin trading services. The Securities-related segment offers stock trading services and brokerage services. The Investment Consulting-related segment provides consulting and asset management services. The Overseas Investment-related segment is engaged in the overseas real estate-related business. On May 9, 2011, the Company established a subsidiary in Tokyo.
