H2O Retailing Corporation operates in the Department stores sector. H2O RETAILING CORPORATION is engaged in the department store business. The Department Store segment is engaged in the department store business. The Supermarket Store segment is involved in the operation of supermarkets, the manufacture, processing and sale of food products. The PM segment is involved in development of shopping centers, the operation of hotels, wagon retail business, contracted interior finish work and restaurants, the manufacture and sale of eyeglasses and sunglasses, the operation and management of commercial facilities, as well as the leasing and management of real estate. The Others segment is engaged in the individual home delivery, the development of information processing systems, the sale of pet animal products, the operation of pet animal beauty shops, insurance agency business, as well as the production of prints, among others. On September 8, 2011, the Company completed the purchase of Kazokutei Co., Ltd.
