On September 28, 2010, the Company acquired Hory Corporation from a Tokyo-based company. On April 1, 2011, the Company acquired the rental and sales business of temporary construction equipment from a Niigata-based company. On September 7, 2011, the Company acquired MGI Co., Ltd.
