Unimo C&C Incorporated operates in the Household audio and video equipment sector. UNIMO C&C, formerly UNIMO Technology Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based manufacturer primarily engaged in the provision of video monitoring systems. The Company operates in two segments: video, solution and defence. Its video segment provides digital video recorders (DVRs) and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems for security usage. The solution segment provides project consulting, construction and maintenance services and related products for banks. Its defence segment provides conducting fire equipment for self-propelled artilleries. The Company was also engaged in radio manufacturing business, which was spun off on July 1, 2010. The Company sold 100% of its subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of radio units, in July 2010. The Company changed its name to UNIMO C&C Inc. on July 22, 2010.
