The Company provides lamp systems, chassis systems, mirror systems and front end module (FEM) systems. Its lamp systems include head lamps, rear lamps and fog lamps as well as center high mounted stop lamps (CHMSLs). Its chassis systems consist of parking auto shifters, manual shifters, park brake levers, pedals, fuel fillers caps and carrier-spare tires. Its mirror systems include outside rear view mirrors and inside mirrors. Its FEM systems consist of bumper beams, horns, hood-latches and sensors. On April 1, 2010, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, SL Sungsan Corporation, engaged in the manufacture and sale of auto parts.
